Arpoador Cognac Suede

VEJA introduces Arpoador – a sandal inspired by the laid-back rhythm of Brazil’s beach. Its name pays tribute to one of Rio’s most iconic viewpoints.

Suede is the underside of leather, sanded to give it a soft and smooth feel. It comes from farms in the Rio Grande do Sul region and is tanned in Brazil without harmful or prohibited chemicals. VEJA uses dyes that meet regulations and prioritizes responsible water use during the tanning process. Special attention is paid to water usage during the tanning process. The suede is also coated with water-repellent oils without PFCs (chemical compounds) to protect the shoes from light rain.
